Facility and Onsite Service Options

A.C. Lion offers two primary service models to accommodate the practical realities of estate liquidation across a wide geographic footprint. Depending on the size, nature, and location of your estate, we will recommend the approach that maximizes your return and minimizes your logistical burden.

Facility-based consignment involves transporting items to our auction facility, where they are cataloged, photographed, and listed for our bidder audience. This option is well suited to estates where the property must be cleared quickly or where onsite access is limited.

Onsite estate sales are conducted at the property itself and are appropriate for larger estates with substantial volume or items that are difficult to transport. Travel fees apply for onsite engagements outside our immediate service radius, and those fees are disclosed transparently before any agreement is signed.

Flat $250 Fee Across the Entire Service Area

Our flat $250 consultation and intake fee applies uniformly across the entire Tri-State service area for qualifying estates of 100 or more items. There are no hidden charges, no percentage-of-estimate fees, and no obligation to proceed after the initial consultation. Any applicable travel fees are disclosed separately and agreed upon in advance.
